Surf Residences stands inside the gates of Punta Mita, steps from the ocean and the resort’s surf breaks. What we have here are eight residences of four and five bedrooms, sleeping eight to twelve.
Two are penthouses of more than 7,600 square feet. One crowns the building as a corner unit with two private plunge pools, a rooftop jacuzzi and several ocean-facing terraces, looking out at the Marietas Islands; the other is a two-level oceanfront penthouse with a rooftop plunge pool, a pergola lounge and a rooftop outdoor kitchen.
The rest are single-level residences with private infinity pools or terraces over the water, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the communal pool and amenities.
El Surf Club is within walking distance. The Pacífico, Kupuri and Sufi clubs and the Pacífico golf course are five-minute cart rides, Punta de Mita village a ten-minute drive, and Puerto Vallarta airport forty-five minutes.
