Las Vistas Estates sits high on Careyeros Mountain inside the gates of Punta Mita. We have two villas here, both of six bedrooms, sleeping thirteen and fourteen.
The height is the reason to come. One is a contemporary estate with one of the most commanding vantage points on the Riviera Nayarit; the other looks across ocean, beach, jungle and golf course at once.
Outside there are heated private pools with ocean views, an ocean-view jacuzzi, a fire pit, a grand main terrace, outdoor grills and garage parking.
The Punta Mita beach clubs, golf courses and tennis facilities are all within about fifteen minutes by golf cart. Punta de Mita village is roughly fifteen minutes by car and Puerto Vallarta airport about forty.
