Bedrooms

BORA

Located on the ground floor, Bora is your private oasis with a direct pool and beach access. This unit offers a king-size bedroom, a private living room, a kitchen, and an expansive private terrace with stunning beach views.

SIROCCO

Sirocco captures the essence of a beachfront getaway. With a king-size bedroom facing the ocean and another room offering a queen and single bed, this unit is a harmonious blend of luxury and comfort.

MISTRAL

Spread across two levels, Mistral unveils a panorama of Soliman Bay’s beauty. Whether dining under its grand palapa or lounging in one of its four bedrooms, Mistral is where memories are made.

Staff and Services

Included with this booking:

• Chef Service: Our bilingual chef, proficient in English and Spanish, is at your service six days a week, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that while the chef service is included, groceries are not. A cash deposit of USD 1,000 for groceries is required upon arrival. Our villa staff will take care of grocery shopping, and a 25% markup on the total bill will be applied.
• Concierge: Our dedicated concierge, fluent in English and Spanish, is available around the clock, ensuring you have assistance 24/7 during your stay.
• Experience Host: Communicate with our Experience Host, who speaks both English and Spanish and is ready to enhance your villa experience.
• Villa Manager: With fluency in English and Spanish, our Villa Manager is available 24/7 to cater to your needs and ensure a smooth stay.
• Maid: Our maid service, which primarily communicates in Spanish, is available six days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to keep the villa spotless and comfortable.

  • The maximum occupancy is set at 16 adults and two infants (aged two years and below).
  • We kindly request no pets during your stay.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and under the palapas.
  • To support eco-consciousness, we request that air conditioning be used only when guests are inside the villa with all doors and windows closed.
  • Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out at 11 am.
  • All bookings, with a minimum stay of 4 nights, will receive two complimentary 50-minute massages. Choose your location on the beach or villa, but arrangements must be made three days before. This offer is valid until November 1st, 2023.
  • The community enforces quiet hours after 10 p.m., and no loud music is allowed. Penalties may apply for non-compliance.
  • Lastly, guests should know that the Riviera Maya may experience seaweed during the warmer months due to the changing ocean currents and warming weather.
