The estate is divided into two villas. Villa One contains six bedrooms across two floors, with named suites such as Tresor d’Azteques and Racines d’Afrique on the first floor and Kamar Luna, Floraison de l’Atlas, and Royaume de Siam on the second. Villa Two houses eight bedrooms arranged around its own courtyard. Each of the sixteen suites features a king-size bed that can be configured as twins, a private bathroom, and either a bathtub or stone jacuzzi tastefully integrated into the space. Every room includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, safety boxes, WiFi, and organic toiletries.
