It’s essential to note some key policies and information for our esteemed guests:

• All rates are quoted in USD, and taxes and security deposits are additional to the quoted price.
• A food deposit for supplies, food, and beverages is required a minimum of 7 days before arrival.
• The villa comfortably accommodates a maximum of 10 persons.
• Children are welcome; however, pets are not allowed.
• The estate strictly observes quiet hours in the community after 10 p.m. Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
• We would also like to inform guests that during certain times of the year, the Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed. This is due to warmer weather and changing ocean currents. We ensure the best possible experience for our guests, but nature can sometimes be unpredictable.
• Service and Tax Details: A service charge of 5%, a lodging tax of 3%, and a government tax of 16% will be applicable.
• Damage Insurance: A non-refundable damage insurance fee of USD 149 will be charged.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of USD 2,000 may be required to cover potential damages during your stay.
• Check-in and Check-out Times: Our check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out is 11 a.m.
• Smoking Policy: While smoking is permitted in the villa’s outdoor areas, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy to comfort all our guests.
• Additional Guests: For any other guests, there will be a charge of USD 85 + 19% tax per person per night. However, children under eight years of age can stay for free.
