This exclusive six-bedroom property sits on its own stretch of Pacific shoreline where the lush Sierra Madre jungle meets the sea, creating an environment of total immersion in nature. Designed with organic materials and an open-air philosophy, the villa accommodates up to 18 guests across thoughtfully appointed rooms and two expansive penthouses, each featuring ocean and pool views, air conditioning, and private terraces overlooking the beach.

The heart of Villa Mixto is its beachfront living space, where a palapa-covered terrace, restaurant, and bar create a seamless gathering area just steps from the sand.
