Quimixto is a fishing village on the southern shore of Banderas Bay, reachable only by boat. We have one villa here: a six-bedroom beachfront house sleeping eighteen, on its own stretch of Pacific shoreline where the Sierra Madre jungle meets the sea.
There is no road. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is about forty minutes by boat and the airport about forty-five. Yelapa is fifteen minutes away by water and Las Ánimas beach ten.
The house has direct beach access, a private pool overlooking the water, a pool deck with loungers and beach beds, and a palapa-covered terrace. The village is a five-minute walk, and the Quimixto waterfall is a jungle hike from the property.

By boat only — there is no road. The crossing from downtown Puerto Vallarta takes about forty minutes, and from the airport about forty-five. Your advisor arranges the transfer with your booking.
