Penthouse Tau Prima Vista is a magnificent four-bedroom penthouse spanning approximately 6,000 square feet within the Tau Residences community of the Punta Mita Resort. Set on a single level at the top of the building, the residence commands panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, the Marietas Islands, and the open Pacific Ocean — with both sunrise and sunset visible from the expansive terraces. Among the very few properties in Punta Mita with direct access to the resort’s best surf breaks, this penthouse is as well situated for adventure as it is for complete relaxation. Up to ten guests are accommodated across four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The bay from Prima Vista’s penthouse is a whole experience — boats, sunset, mountains. Four bedrooms, chef who outdid himself every evening. Pool terrace is excellent for morning coffee. We barely left. Albriet organized a private boat day. One bathroom runs hot initially — give the cold tap a moment to balance.

Needed a reset. 3 of us, six days at PH Prima Vista. Four bedrooms, nothing complicated. cook elevated the whole experience. We surfed in the morning. We wore out the pool loungers. That worked.

The hilltop position at Prima Vista gives panoramic Pacific views from every angle. Four bedrooms in the penthouse — modern finishes, good air conditioning. Chef made a different cuisine theme each night. We golfed and surfed. Wind at this elevation is constant. Albriet recommended a Sunday market trip.
