Pacifico del Mar

Pacifico del Mar is part of the curated Villa Experience collection, a nine-bedroom hacienda-style villa set high in the gated Pedregal community above Cabo San Lucas. The house looks out over the Pacific from nearly every room, and at nineteen guests across nine bedrooms it is built for the kind of trip that brings several families or a large group of friends together under one roof without anyone feeling short of space.

The architecture is traditional hacienda — thick walls, deep terraces, arched openings and an interior chimney — arranged around an open floor plan that keeps the living, dining and kitchen areas connected. Glass doors give onto terraces that run the width of the house, where a heated pool, a hot tub and a fire pit face the ocean. The elevation is what makes the property: Pedregal climbs the headland, so the view runs uninterrupted across the water and down towards the town. Evenings tend to settle around the fire pit as the light goes, with the pool warm enough to use year round.

All nine bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master and a second bedroom each have a king bed, a tub in the ensuite and a private terrace, the master with a full ocean view and the second partial. Two further king bedrooms take in the ocean, two more have king beds with partial ocean views, and one bedroom is laid out with two queen beds and an ocean outlook. Two additional rooms are given over to bunk beds, which makes the house genuinely practical for families travelling with children rather than only for adults.

A villa manager and daily housekeeping come with the stay, alongside private check-in and a concierge, and the community is gated with round-the-clock security. Beyond that almost everything can be arranged: a chef, a butler, a bartender, in-house spa and massage treatments, babysitting, pre-stocking of the kitchen, private transport, beach attendants, golf, fishing and yacht charters. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is under two kilometres away and Pedregal Beach is a few minutes on foot, so the villa sits close to everything while staying above and apart from it. The marina, the restaurants of the town centre and the beaches along the corridor are all short drives, and Los Cabos International Airport is around forty-five minutes away.
