Hacienda Magica is an extraordinary Riviera Maya beachfront vacation home with beautiful arches. Located on the beach at Fatima Bay, an excellent spot for snorkeling, Hacienda Magica is a few minutes walk from Puerto Aventuras and San Carlos Marina, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and services. The villa has seven luxury bedrooms and a den. The six bedrooms in the main house have a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, and hairdryers, while the seventh bedroom in the ‘casita’ shares a bathroom with the den. The villa sleeps up to twelve guests. Upstairs there is a fabulous state-of-the-art gym with fantastic ocean views. The decoration and furnishing at Hacienda Magica are luxurious, and the rich colors and textures epitomize the typical Mexican style. The sumptuous living area with satellite TV leads to a lovely terrace for outdoor dining and fantastic ocean views. In contrast, the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are equally attractive.

Outside, this magnificent Riviera Maya beachfront vacation villa has its tennis court, swimming pool, garden courtyard, green furniture, dining facilities, shower, kayaks, and life jackets. Other amenities include wireless internet, iPod docking, telephone, Vonage for free calls to the US and Canada, table tennis, karaoke, and children’s games. Staff services at Hacienda Magica include housekeeping, groundskeeper, and manager, and, during the Christmas and New Year’s period, the cook will prepare two meals a day – food is extra. CONDITIONS & DETAILS
• Occupancy: 28 guests in 14 suites – (for larger groups, please inquire).
• Rates are in US Dollars.
• Please add 19% tax to rates.
• Rates are based on two guests per bedroom.
• Above two guests per room, please add USD 71 per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the headcount.
• Reservations are Saturday and seven nights for the Holidays, Presidents Week, Semana Santa, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
• Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Guests pay the price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food & soft drinks). Alcoholic beverages are an additional cost – guests pay costs plus shopping fees. Bar plans are available; please inquire.
• Butler Services for 6 hours a day included (For hours  – please inquire).
• Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All-Inclusive package, consisting of a Gourmet Chef, Butler, Concierge, and airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included (excluding top-shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, foie gras, etc.).
