Zacil Na means ‘morning flower’ — the garden at dawn validates this. Five bedrooms, jungle pool, chef who made tamales from his grandmother’s recipe. We cenote-swam and biked to the beach. The compound has paths between buildings that feel like jungle trails. Some humidity in ground rooms — normal for the region.
Digital detox at Zacil Na. Five bedrooms, no TV, basic WiFi. Chef made meals that were the highlight of each day. We cenote-hopped, visited ruins, and had conversations that don’t happen when phones work. The pool is surrounded by jungle. Monkeys visited once. Had one brief outage, generator took over, nobody noticed.
