Entering the villa, you are greeted by a vast open-plan living and dining area, leading seamlessly to the outdoor covered terrace, deck, and beach area! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will delight aspiring chefs; from here, walk out to the grill area on the terrace. perfect for cooking the ¨catch of the day.¨ The ocean views from the villa are just stunning, and you will embrace the nautical feeling of Caribbean style!

The villa boasts four sumptuous bedrooms. The powerful main suite with ensuite bathroom with double vanity, double shower, and walk-in closet is located on the ground floor. You walk out to the Jacuzzi and deck area from the main suite! Three suites with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets are located on the upper floor. The upper floor has a large media area with a huge flat-screen TV with satellite. Relax on comfy sofas and watch your favorite movie. When you aren’t watching a movie, you will be mesmerized by the fantastic ocean views that stretch the entire length of the living room horizontally. From here, stairs lead to the lovely roof deck with palapa, wet bar, complete chaise lounge, and seating area with cushions.

The villa Nautica staff are lovely, and you will feel truly pampered during your stay. Complimentary Mexican cook services for breakfast and lunch are included.
