Estate Las Palmas is an impressive seven-bedroom, three-level estate set within the prestigious Kupuri Estates community in Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit. Perched to capture sweeping ocean views across the Pacific coastline, this fully staffed villa accommodates up to 19 guests across beautifully appointed spaces that flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. An earthy palette of cream, brown, and muted natural tones runs through the design, with warm wooden furnishings and an abundance of natural light flooding through expansive sliding glass doors. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 45 minutes to the south, making arrivals and departures effortlessly convenient.

The villa’s three floors are designed with comfort and entertainment in mind. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a walk-in cool room, pizza oven, and wine fridge, while the open-plan living and dining area provides a generous and convivial gathering space.
