Casa Xecora

Casa Xecora is an oceanfront estate within the Iyari Estates community of Punta Mita, completed in 2022 and overlooking Litibu Bay. The property features six bedrooms accommodating up to twelve guests, with an infinity pool and jacuzzi as the centerpiece of the outdoor space. The design was conceived to maximize indoor-outdoor living — the infinity pool stretches across the property with unobstructed views of the Pacific, and multiple outdoor lounging areas, a sunken lounge, and an outdoor dining area create a series of distinct spaces across the grounds. Private access to Playa Iyari, a secluded beach reserved for Iyari residents, is available through the community beach cabana.

The bedroom layout includes three main suites with king beds and ocean views, two family rooms with two full-size beds each and ocean views, and a kids’ room with bunk beds — all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the main suites feature private balconies overlooking the ocean. The property includes a TV room, a full kitchen, a gym with fitness equipment, an elevator, air conditioning throughout, a sound system, and high-speed WiFi. Complimentary kayaks, bicycles, and surfboards are available for guest use. A BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen extend the entertaining options.

Casa Xecora comes with a dedicated staff including a concierge, private chef, butler, and housekeeper. Three meals per day are prepared by the chef, and a house manager ensures the property runs smoothly throughout your stay. A six-passenger golf cart is included for navigating the resort. Daily housekeeping and gardening keep the property in excellent condition, and laundry service is available.

The Premier Golf Membership included with your stay grants preferential tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course, plus access to tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze. The concierge handles restaurant reservations, airport transportation, additional staff services, golf tee times, spa services, and activity planning.
