Casa Rayo De Sol is a professionally decorated four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa nestled within the exclusive Las Palmas de Punta Mita residential enclave, just a five-minute walk from the Pacífico Beach Club and the spectacular sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Embodying modern Pacific Coastal Mexican architecture, the villa is defined by its seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with spacious covered and uncovered terraces, a beautiful private heated pool, and an expansive backyard — all positioned between the Four Seasons Resort and the St. Regis hotel. Accommodating up to twelve guests, this is a villa designed for families who want space, privacy, and resort-caliber amenities at their fingertips.

The main living area features a 75-inch smart TV, a dining table seating eight, and opens to both a front and back terrace for additional dining options. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a built-in cappuccino machine, while the adjacent terrace features an eight-person Parota wood dining table and a Viking grill. A dedicated air-conditioned TV room with queen sofa bed and separate refrigerator adjoins a private 14-by-11-foot gym with polished concrete floors, a Lifecycle, yoga mats, flat-screen TV, and mirrored walls. All TVs are smart TVs with US, Mexico, and Canadian channels, along with VPN access for American Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV.

The upstairs master suite opens to the pool terrace and features a king bed, a sofa and workspace, and an extra-large ensuite bathroom with two separate vanities, shower, bathtub, walk-in closet, and bidet. A downstairs master offers a king bed, double shower, outdoor tub, walk-in closet, and a private covered patio with daybed. The third bedroom has two queen beds with ensuite shower and bathtub, while the fourth bedroom doubles as a game room with two sets of bunk beds (sleeping four), an eight-foot pool table, flat-screen TV, and its own bathroom.

Two four-seat golf carts — both fitted with surfboard racks — are included, along with two soft-board surfboards, two paddleboards, and four pickleball paddles for guest use. Daily housekeeping with cook service for breakfast or lunch, Premier GOLF membership, and personal concierge complete the package. The membership grants access to the Kupuri, Pacífico, Sufi Ocean, and Surf Club beach clubs, the gym, tennis, and pickleball courts.
