Casa Marias is a six-bedroom villa within the Kupuri Estates community of Punta Mita, positioned just steps from the sandy Kupuri beach with panoramic views of Litibú Bay and the Cayeros Mountains. The property accommodates up to sixteen guests and delivers a 270-degree vista that returning guests have highlighted as one of Punta Mita’s most striking sightlines. The Kupuri Estates community is one of the resort’s most prestigious enclaves, with direct beach access through a private pathway leading to a palapa-topped beach cabana on the oceanfront.

The six bedrooms are each designed with distinct configurations. The master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hot tub, outdoor shower, and double vanity, ocean views, TV, safe, and air conditioning with ceiling fan. The second master offers a king bed with ocean views, an ensuite with independent shower and outdoor shower, a private balcony with outdoor furniture, and the same electronic amenities. The third bedroom — configured with two full-size beds and two singles plus two ensuite bathrooms with outdoor showers — opens to a garden with outdoor furniture and ocean views, making it well suited for families. The fourth bedroom has three double beds with ensuite bathroom, hot tub, and ocean views. The fifth offers two queen beds with ensuite, hot tub, and ocean views. The sixth bedroom has a double bunk bed with individual beds and an ensuite bathroom — ideal for children or staff.

The included staff operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and comprises a concierge, housekeepers, butler, bartender, and a chef who prepares breakfast and lunch daily. The staff handles all grocery shopping and provisioning so that guests arrive to a ready household. A six-passenger golf cart is included, with a second cart added during the Christmas and New Year period. Indoor amenities include a fitness room, media room, game room with ping pong table and pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Dinner chef service is available at an additional cost. The concierge manages all coordination from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to spa treatments, yacht charters, and excursion bookings.
