La Serenata 6

La Serenata 6 is a freestanding four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa within the intimate La Serenata enclave inside the gates of Punta Mita, Nayarit. Set on a generous individual lot directly on the 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacífico golf course, the villa enjoys sweeping views of the emerald fairways and Banderas Bay, with the resort’s beach clubs and world-class amenities just minutes away by golf cart. Accommodating up to eight guests, La Serenata 6 delivers the space, privacy, and resort access that define a true Punta Mita holiday.

The villa’s design embraces year-round beach weather with true indoor-outdoor living. The spacious living area features disappearing walls that open fully onto the pool terrace, dissolving the boundary between interior comfort and tropical surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area anchor the social heart of the home, while smart TVs, streaming services, and high-speed WiFi keep guests connected and entertained throughout.

Four bedrooms are arranged across two levels. A ground-floor king bedroom offers easy access to the pool and garden, while the upper level houses three additional bedrooms — a king suite with a large ensuite bathroom, double vanity, walk-in wardrobe, and a private deck and balcony; a king bedroom with its own bathroom; and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined to form a king. Every bedroom includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, and ensuite bathroom.

A private heated pool and jacuzzi — framed by the golf course panorama — are the villa’s centerpiece, complemented by a BBQ grill, outdoor lounging areas, and sun loungers for lazy afternoons. Each stay includes daily housekeeping, cook service for breakfast or lunch, a six-passenger golf cart, Premier GOLF membership, and personal concierge services. The membership grants access to four private beach clubs — Kupuri, Pacífico, Sufi Ocean, and the Surf Club — as well as the Pacífico and Bahía golf courses, the tennis center, and the fitness facility. Please note that the pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time.
