Casa Corazón Tres is a two-bedroom bohemian bungalow on Soliman Bay, Tulum, accommodating up to four guests in a setting where natural textures, open spaces, and ocean breezes define every room. The two-story palapa-roofed structure sits within the Corazón beach compound, sharing a private white sand beach and a communal beachfront pool with the neighboring casitas, Uno and Dos.

The ground-floor bedroom features a dining nook, a stepped platform king bed, exposed wood beam ceilings, and large windows that open directly to the tropical garden. The upper-level king suite occupies the entire second floor and has a private balcony with views through palm fronds toward the bay, French doors to the outdoors, and a king bed with driftwood wall sculpture and pendant lighting. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms with vessel sinks, walk-in rain showers, fresh flower arrangements, and modern vanities with wood cabinetry. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, safety deposit boxes, and WiFi are standard in both rooms.

The open-plan living and dining area features a round wooden table with woven chairs, glass sliding doors that open fully to the garden, and a compact kitchen with wood cabinets, a stainless refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. The palapa-roofed balcony on the upper level doubles as a lounging and outdoor dining terrace with wicker chairs and lush jungle canopy views on all sides.

As part of the Corazón compound, guests of Tres share the beachfront kidney-shaped pool, palapa-shaded lounge chairs on the sand, complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, and an outdoor grill area with the neighboring casitas. Daily housekeeping runs from 8 AM to 4 PM. A bilingual concierge is available for pre-arrival coordination and on-site requests. Private chef service, grocery pre-stocking, airport transfers, babysitting services, and private tours and excursions are all available at additional cost. Tres can also be reserved together with Uno and Dos as Corazón Estate for groups of up to 14 guests.

Soliman Bay is Tulum’s quietest reef-sheltered cove — consistently calm, clear, and free of seaweed and beach club crowds year-round. Snorkeling off the shore and paddling at sunset are daily rituals. The gated community maintains 24/7 security at the bay entrance. Note that the beach entry is rocky in sections — aqua socks are recommended. Tulum town is 12 km away, approximately 20 minutes. Playa del Carmen is 53 km (50 minutes).
