Casa Cola de Ballena

Casa Cola de Ballena is an estate-level residence within the Pacífico Estates community of Punta Mita, one of the resort’s most exclusive enclaves adjacent to the Pacífico Golf Course. The property accommodates up to fourteen guests across six ensuite bedrooms, with spacious living and dining areas, a media room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces include a private beachfront infinity pool with panoramic ocean views, direct beach access, expansive terraces, outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, and tropical landscaped gardens with multiple lounge areas.

Daily housekeeping is included, along with a personal concierge who handles all guest arrangements from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to private chef dinners, in-villa spa treatments, yacht charters, and excursion bookings throughout the Riviera Nayarit. A golf cart is not included but can be arranged through the concierge. The Premier Golf Membership provides preferential tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course, with access to tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze. The Pacífico Beach Club is within walking distance of the estate.
