The villa features classic palapa-style architecture with soaring ceilings and exposed thatch, its great room running parallel to the chlorine-free pool and beach. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, direct pool access from the terrace, sweeping ocean views, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Yucatan Senses organic toiletries. Two additional king bedrooms share pool-terrace access and ensuite bathrooms, while a fourth bedroom with two double beds rounds out the sleeping quarters. An additional loft space above the main lounge provides overflow accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen supports the chef’s daily work, though guests rarely need to set foot in it.

The outdoor spaces are designed for living. A chlorine-free swimming pool, deck lounge area, beachside beds, and beach toys invite days of relaxation, while kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment open up the lagoon and reef for exploration. A private pier extends into the lagoon, and an overhead projection system brings movies to a big screen under the stars.
