Rooms Description

Covering a generous 3,875 sq ft, the villa beautifully blends modern elegance with comfort. With its open floor plan, the ground level seamlessly merges the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space, adorned with two queen sleeper sofas and a widescreen TV, beckons for relaxation. Adjacent to it, the grand dining room can host 18-20 guests, setting the stage for memorable meals. Meanwhile, the gourmet kitchen with top-tier appliances like the Viking stove and Sub Zero refrigerator awaits your culinary adventures.

Bedrooms

Main Bedroom

This sanctuary boasts a king-size bed and a spacious sitting area complemented by a built-in sofa bed. The widescreen TV ensures entertainment from every angle. A desk positioned against a window offers inspiring views of the Caribbean. The ensuite bathroom features a Japanese soaking tub and a walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom 2 & 3

Both these rooms are designed for comfort. Each has two queen beds and two built-in beds double as large sofas. While each bedroom has its own private shower and vanity area, they share a toilet. These rooms can comfortably sleep up to six people.

Bedroom 4

This cozy haven offers a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. With its ensuite bathroom and a terrace, it provides both comfort and privacy.

Staff and Services

Every day at Casa Maya Ka’an, our cooking service prepares delightful meals. Housekeeping ensures the villa remains spotless. For added luxury, guests can opt for airport return transfers, beverage & cocktail pre-stocking, babysitter services, Temazcal ceremonies, massages, sound healing, yoga classes, and various excursions.

Indoor and Outdoor Amenities

Need to Know

Guests should note the additional taxes and a mandatory refundable damage deposit of USD 2,000. The villa can accommodate up to 40 guests. Smoking is prohibited, and there are specific booking requirements during the holidays. The Bell Tents, available for hire, can house two people. Due to Sian Ka’an’s protected status, certain activities and items are restricted. Quiet hours are enforced post-10 p.m.
