Azumaya Beach House is a six-bedroom, fully staffed beachfront villa on Soliman Bay — Tulum’s most protected stretch of Caribbean coastline — accommodating up to 12 guests across two private tiers of elegantly appointed suites. At 7,535 sq ft (700 sq m), the three-story structure is wrapped in bamboo facades, wooden louver shutters, and open terraces designed to dissolve the line between interior and ocean. Every room flows naturally toward the water.

Three ocean-facing suites occupy the east side of the house, each with private terraces or balconies overlooking the Caribbean. Three jungle and sunset suites fill the west, offering a quieter, greener perspective. All six bedrooms feature king beds with artisan woven headboards, ensuite bathrooms with stone vanities and rain showers, walk-in closets, air conditioning, and boho-chic detailing throughout — rattan pendants, macramé wall art, and swing chairs on the balconies. A rooftop plunge pool and sun terrace add a seventh outdoor dimension to the property.

At ground level, a lap pool with striped loungers stretches along the villa facade and cascades into a heated jacuzzi. The open-plan living area features a sunken lounge with projector screen, a live-edge wood dining table, a full indoor bar, and a gourmet kitchen with black stone island and oak cabinetry. The covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ terrace extend the entertaining space into the tropics. Paddleboards and kayaks are stored on the sand for guests to use at will.

Two full-time private chefs handle breakfast and dinner service daily — groceries are billed separately at cost. A personal concierge manages pre-arrival coordination and is available throughout the stay. Daily housekeeping is included.
