The cove
A beach club in the jungle, reached by boat.
Majahuitas beach lies south of Puerto Vallarta, in a cove between cliffs, the Sierra Madre jungle and a river. There is no road in; you arrive by boat to a beach club with Balinese beds, giant poufs and shaded lounges on the sand.
On Saturdays the Majahuitas beach party takes over, with international DJs, laser lights in the palms and hundreds of candles along the shore after dark; Kerala Dust, Oliver Koletzki and Sebastian Leger are among the names who have played. On Sundays the same beach becomes an all-inclusive beach day for families, with snorkeling, kayaks and a barbecue lunch.
The kitchen blends Mediterranean and Mexican cooking, and the bar pours raicilla and mezcal alongside wine and champagne.

Which days does it run?
The beach party is every Saturday and the all-inclusive beach day is every Sunday.
What is included at the beach party?
General Access covers the party boat and entry. The Party Package adds five drinks, a three-course meal and the service charge, at a shared table assigned on arrival.
What is included on the Majahuitas beach day?
The boat ride, free time at the beach club, a barbecue buffet lunch, beer and fruit water, and snorkel gear, kayaks and paddleboards.
How do you get to Majahuitas?
Only by boat. Party boats leave Nuevo Vallarta at 1:00 PM and Puerto Vallarta at 1:30 PM; for the beach day, your departure point is confirmed when you book.
Can children come?
To the Sunday beach day, yes, from age 1. The Saturday party is for 18 and over.
What is the Majahuitas beach club like?
