The Four Seasons Twin Villas, known as Villa Gemini, is a magnificent nine-bedroom estate formed by the combination of two adjacent Four Seasons Private Villas — Villa Riva and Villa Avanti — inside the legendary Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. Accommodating up to twenty-two guests across ten bathrooms, this is one of the largest and most exclusive private villa offerings on the Punta Mita peninsula. Modern Mexican architecture, sweeping ceilings, and panoramic ocean views create an atmosphere that is both grand and deeply inviting — a villa that, as many guests discover, is difficult to leave.

Villa Riva presents four luxuriously appointed suites, anchored by an oversized bi-level principal bedroom with a king bed dressed in Frette linens, indoor and outdoor rain showers, a deep soaking bathtub, and a private patio with jacuzzi. Villa Avanti mirrors this caliber of luxury with five additional suites, including its own principal bedroom with twin showers, outdoor shower, bathtub, and a terrace opening onto a private jacuzzi. Throughout both villas, marble-floored bathrooms are stocked with premium toiletries and plush bathrobes, while regionally inspired art and tasteful furnishings create a sense of refined Mexican elegance.

The foyer opens into an inviting living room with sweeping ceilings and tasteful decor, flowing into a state-of-the-art kitchen and generous dining area.
