Casa Wirikuta

Casa Wirikuta is a 24,700-square-foot oceanfront estate within the La Punta Estates community of Punta Mita, overlooking the 17th hole of the Four Seasons Bahía Golf Course with views extending to the Sierra Madre mountains and the Marietas Islands. The property accommodates up to twenty guests across seven suites and twelve bathrooms, with direct oceanfront access to two of the area’s most sought-after surf breaks. Featured in The Wall Street Journal and Robb Report, this is one of the larger and more comprehensively equipped private estates available for rental within Punta Mita’s gates.

The master suite, Suite Wirikuta, includes a king bed, a full bath with separate vanities, a half-bath powder room, a family room with an 8K TV, and a private Moon Garden — an outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by a waterfall, fire pits, and champagne service. Three additional king suites — Sea Glass, Pacifico, and Lagos — each have ensuite bathrooms and private terraces. The Bunk Room holds four queen-size bunk beds with walk-up staircases, a large-screen TV, and a gaming center, making it well suited for younger guests. A separate two-bedroom Casita with its own living room and full kitchen offers a king suite and a flexible king-or-twin suite sharing a full bathroom, providing independent quarters for additional family, staff, or friends. A refreshment alcove between the suites features a fully stocked bar, snacks, and a Jura coffee machine.

At the heart of the estate, the Main Palapa — crafted by local artisans — connects the structures beneath a soaring roof with a twelve-foot dining table, plush lounge seating, and game tables, all facing the curved glass-tile infinity pool and the Pacific beyond. Below ground, the Cava is a full entertainment level: a 45-foot cinema seating 24-plus guests with Mexico’s first Samsung 4K MicroLED 18-foot screen and an 18-speaker system, a wine cellar and tequila bar with brick groin-vaulted ceiling seating sixteen, an 18-foot championship shuffleboard table, a FullSwing golf simulator, poker table, life-size virtual games, and spectator booths. The 700-square-foot fitness center features LifeFitness equipment, soaring glass walls with garden views, and an infrared sauna with aromatherapy. Outdoors, a stone grill and Forno Bravo pizza oven handle alfresco dining.

The full staff operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and includes a professional chef with two sous chefs preparing gourmet meals daily, a 24-hour concierge, a personal assistant, four butlers, and four housekeepers, with grocery stocking service and laundry on request. The cost of groceries is charged to the guest. Beach club access includes Sufi Ocean Club at four minutes, St. Regis Sea Breeze at five minutes, Four Seasons Pacífico at ten minutes, and Kupuri at fifteen minutes by golf cart. Access to both Jack Nicklaus championship courses, the tennis and pickleball courts, and the fitness center is available through the resort membership.
