In short
San Pancho, in short.
San Pancho — properly San Francisco — is a coastal village on the Riviera Nayarit, twenty minutes north of Sayulita. We have two villas here, of five and six bedrooms, sleeping twelve and sixteen.
One is an estate of over an acre inside the gated Las Olas community, with a private pool, tropical gardens, wide outdoor terraces and covered dining. The other is a hillside ocean-view house by a Mexican architect, with an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, two fire pits and an outdoor grill area with a bar.
The town centre and the ocean are each a five-minute walk. Puerto Vallarta airport is about an hour’s drive, Sayulita twenty minutes and Punta Mita fifteen.
