One is a five-bedroom house with an infinity pool and a jacuzzi over panoramic ocean views; one is a split-level house of 5,059 square feet in locally sourced wood and stone, with two indigenous papilla trees rising straight through its terrace deck; the third sits above the canopy with a stone hot tub and a palapa.
The Punta Sayulita Beach Club is on site. Sayulita town is a five-minute drive or a ten-minute golf-cart ride, Sayulita Beach 1.1 km, San Pancho ten minutes, Punta de Mita village fifteen, and Puerto Vallarta airport thirty-five.
