The ground-floor residences read more like small houses than apartments — private heated pools, outdoor daybeds, sun loungers, alfresco dining for six and barbecue grills. The upper ones have plunge pools on expansive terraces with panoramic ocean views, and one has a sunset bar.
The Bahía course is adjacent. Kupuri Beach Club and the Sufi Ocean Club are five-minute cart rides, Pacífico ten, and the Surf Club at La Lancha ten. Punta de Mita village is a ten-minute drive and Puerto Vallarta airport forty-five minutes.
