It is an unusual position — the Caribbean sand is a one-minute walk in one direction and Fifth Avenue, with its restaurants and shops, is one block in the other.

Cancún airport is 55 km away, about forty-five to sixty minutes. Playacar Golf Club is ten minutes; Tulum town and the ruins are 65 km south.

The property is exactly as pictured, which is what sold me on staying there, but it is even better than that! The property is so expansive; there are so many places to be and relax and enjoy the beauty. Apart from the idyllic setting, the staff are who made this trip so extraordinary.
We could not have been happier with the decision to stay at this place… We would absolutely stay here again and bring more friends along. Even the management was very accommodating and asked us for things we didn’t even think about.
This is a fantastic home with amazing staff. We celebrated my fiancé’s 30th birthday party here with a large group of 16. Everything was perfectly arranged and we had an absolute blast. Definitely stay here if you can!
