Villa Alamanda

Villa Alamanda is a 9,500-square-foot estate on a half-acre within the Lagos del Mar community inside the gates of Punta Mita, designed by Manuel Mestre. The property accommodates up to twelve guests across five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a layout that offers two distinct living areas facing north and south — a design decision that allows guests to follow the light and views throughout the day from different parts of the villa. The centerpiece of the grounds is an 85-foot infinity pool with views of the ocean and the Puerto Vallarta skyline in the distance, surrounded by meticulously maintained lawns and tropical gardens.

The four main bedroom suites each feature spectacular views, private lanais, ensuite bathrooms with shower facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi, and smart TVs. Two suites are furnished with king beds and ocean views from private balconies, while two additional suites offer two double beds each with garden views and terrace access. A fifth bedroom near the laundry area is configured with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, serving as a nanny or staff quarters. The interiors are finished with select Mahogany wood, marble, and onyx throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for the resident cook, who prepares breakfast and lunch daily as part of the stay. The villa includes separate dining, family, and living rooms, central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, washer and dryer, and luxury linens.

Three full-time staff members are included with your stay: daily housekeepers — one of whom serves as cook — and a concierge who manages all guest requests. A six-passenger golf cart is provided for navigating the resort. Returning guests have highlighted the quality of the cooking, the responsiveness of the concierge, and the ease with which the villa accommodates multi-generational family groups of ten or more. Lagos del Mar is a private community of 32 residences with views of both the ocean and golf course fairways, positioned near the town of Punta de Mita with its seafood restaurants and local shops.
