Villa Aire

Villa Aire is a five-bedroom residence within the Lagos del Mar community inside the gates of Punta Mita, positioned with ocean views on the Riviera Nayarit coastline. The villa accommodates up to fourteen guests across five bedrooms plus a staff room, each with ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor spaces are anchored by an infinity pool and jacuzzi with ocean views, and the property provides private beach access — a feature that distinguishes Lagos del Mar from several of Punta Mita’s inland communities.

The bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean views, and a private terrace, along with additional king and queen bedrooms each with ensuite facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. A staff or kids room with bunk beds and its own ensuite provides flexibility for larger groups. The interior includes spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and high-speed WiFi throughout. The villa features air conditioning in every room, a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, and in-unit safe.

Daily housekeeping is included, along with a six-passenger golf cart for navigating the resort’s 1,500 acres. A personal concierge manages all arrangements from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to private chef dinners, in-villa spa treatments, yacht charters, and curated excursions. Lagos del Mar is a private community of 32 residences with views of both the ocean and the golf course fairways, situated near the town of Punta de Mita.

Your stay includes a Resident Membership with access to the resort’s beach clubs, tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and other community amenities. Golf tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course can be arranged through the concierge at preferential rates. The resort’s beach clubs — Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze — are each accessible by golf cart.
