Treehouse is a three-bedroom villa within the gated community of Punta Sayulita on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, elevated above the jungle canopy with ocean views toward Sayulita and the Pacific. The property spans 4,000 square feet and was built with eco-friendly materials and architectural details that integrate the residence into the surrounding tropical forest — hewn tree-log pillars and beams support the structure, organic branch forms shape the balcony rails, and rugged stonework appears throughout. The effect is a villa that feels like part of the landscape rather than imposed upon it, with the treetop position providing both privacy and panoramic sightlines.

The main living area sits beneath soaring ceilings with contemporary seating and full jungle views. The adjacent kitchen features modern amenities, a marble island countertop, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the forest. Upstairs, two bedrooms are each furnished with king beds and ensuite bathrooms — the master suite includes both an indoor and outdoor shower.
