About The Villa

Condo Las Olas is a four-bedroom, single-level residence within the Tau Residences community of the Punta Mita Resort, welcoming up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The name says it all — from its terraces and open living spaces, the condo captures sweeping views of the waves of the Pacific Ocean, with the sunrise and sunset both on full display. The seamlessly connected indoor and outdoor areas, modern finishes, and top-of-the-line appliances make this one of the most complete residences in the Tau community, with the added convenience of wheelchair accessibility throughout.

Las Olas lives up to the name — the wave soundtrack is constant. Three bedrooms, pool shared with the complex. Chef made seafood every evening. We surfed the nearby break and golfed once. Rocio recommended a Sayulita day trip. The condo is clean and modern. Balcony faces the right direction for sunsets.

Las Olas — the waves. And you hear them from the terrace — wow at night. Three bedrooms, pool nearby, ocean view, chef. The chef’s ceviche verde was a revelation. We surfed (of course), golfed, took a boat to Marietas. The condo is one of the closer units to the beach. Albriet arranged snorkeling gear. The outdoor shower is a nice post-beach rinse.

Return visit to Las Olas in December. The winter swell was bigger and the whale-watching from the balcony was a daily bonus. Three bedrooms, cook who remembered our dietary preferences. We played Nicklaus and explored Sayulita. The complex gym is basic but functional.
