Perched on the sands of Lower Conchas Chinas with direct access to a wide, protected beach cove, Casa Septiembre is one of Puerto Vallarta’s most iconic beachfront villas. Spanning 8,000 square feet across multiple levels, this nine-bedroom, eleven-bathroom estate accommodates up to twenty guests and is available in configurations starting from five bedrooms. The heart of the property is its magnificent pool terrace and thatched-roof palapa bar, set just steps above the sand. A dedicated pool bartender serves refreshing cocktails throughout the afternoon while guests lounge by the heated pool, paddle out on complimentary paddleboards and kayaks, or swim in the calm waters of the private cove below. The outdoor entertaining space includes a barbecue grill and al fresco dining area, ideal for sunset gatherings with the Sierra Madre mountains silhouetted against the evening sky.
