Casa Lapa Lapa is a four-bedroom palapa-style villa set within the tranquil Lagos del Mar community of the Punta Mita Resort in Riviera Nayarit. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the home offers breathtaking dual views of the Pacific Ocean and the championship golf course, anchored by an infinity pool that appears to dissolve into the horizon. Traditional palapa architecture lends the residence warmth and character, while contemporary furnishings and finishes ensure comfort throughout all four ensuite bedrooms and living areas. The villa accommodates up to fourteen guests across its four bedrooms, with a home theater, well-equipped kitchen, and lush outdoor spaces rounding out a complete resort experience.
The open-plan living and dining areas flow naturally to the terrace, where alfresco dining, lounge seating, and a jacuzzi complement the infinity pool and ocean-view terraces. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee and tea maker, and a complete dining setup for the full group. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans are standard throughout, and a dedicated entertainment room provides an additional gathering space for evenings in.

Couples trip. 8 of us from back home. The grounds were beautiful and well kept — genuinely. A local recommended whale watching from the deck and it delivered. One meal that stood out: breakfast papaya every morning. We keep comparing every rental to this one.
The parrots are the alarm clock at Lapa Lapa — and you welcome it. Four bedrooms, pool, Pacific view, chef. Chef’s shrimp tacos were requested three times. We surfed and golfed. Albriet handled tee times. Fresh paint, clean lines, everything working.
So yeah — lapa means parrot and there are real ones in the trees. Four bedrooms, pool with Pacific views, chef who can cook anything you ask. We surfed, hit the beach clubs, played golf. The house itself is well-maintained and comfortable. Nothing revolutionary, just consistently good. Albriet arranged our tee times.
