About Casa Bautista

Envision Casa Bautista. It’s a vision of possibility and hard work. The owner believed in sustainability. So, he embarked on a six-year journey. Productora from Mexico City joined the project. Together, they created an award-winning villa in 2020.

Local values matter here. Indigenous communities are at the heart of this home. Nestled in Tulum’s Sian Ka’an Biosphere, it’s a sustainable luxury haven. The ties to Pueblo Del Sol in Oaxaca are special. Guests savor gourmet coffee and honey. They also support a great cause.

The location is unique, too. Just 3km south of Tulum, it’s both private and accessible. The vibrant culture of Tulum is within reach.

Bedroom Descriptions

Bedroom 1

This room offers a king-size bed. There are two private balconies. The views of the jungle and ocean are stunning. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are included. There’s also an ensuite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2

This room has a king-size bed. Amenities include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a private balcony. The ocean view is beautiful. An ensuite bathroom completes the room.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and a private balcony. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and two balconies. They share a bathroom. Both have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi.

Studio

This space has a double sofa bed. There’s air conditioning, a large TV, and a private entrance.

Indoor Amenities

Guests enjoy a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor dining areas add convenience. Organic toiletries, safety boxes, and high-speed WiFi are provided.

Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor luxuries abound. There’s beach and lagoon access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and hammocks await guests. Kayaks are available. The rooftop has a bar, grill, pool, and shower. Snorkel equipment and sun lounges are on offer. Several terraces add charm.

Staff & Services

A cook is available from 8 am to 8 pm. Daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness. Fresh bedding is provided every third day. The Concierge is ready to assist.
