San José del Cabo grew from a mission settlement in the 1700s, and its center keeps its cobbled streets, colonial-style buildings and main square. This San José del Cabo art & wine walk tour is Cabo Adventures’ guided evening through the historic center and the art district.
It starts with wine and appetizers at Restaurante Marcelino, then photos at El Zócalo and the mission. In the art district you visit a gallery built from recycled materials, a gallery of international artists and the Ivan Guaderrama gallery, and a cigar maker shows the craft before free time for the shops. The town is also known for its Art Walk; ask our concierge whether your evening can coincide with one.
The Misión de San José del Cabo is one of the earliest Jesuit missions in Baja California Sur, and the walk stops there for photos.
