Villa Kismet is a fully staffed, seven-bedroom oceanfront estate set within the exclusive gated community of Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos, along Puerto Vallarta’s prestigious south shore. Spanning three levels with elevator access and a private two-car garage, this architectural masterpiece combines contemporary design with the lush jungle setting and sweeping views of Banderas Bay and the iconic Los Arcos rock formations. The heart of the villa is its dramatic second-floor living area, where floor-to-ceiling sliding pocket doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, opening onto the oceanfront pool terrace. The heated infinity-edge pool appears to merge with the Pacific below, while a corner hot spa invites evening relaxation under the stars. A new luxe onyx outdoor bar with full bar service, outdoor refrigerator, and ice maker elevates the poolside entertaining experience. Shaded by a large palapa canopy with seating for fourteen, the outdoor dining area is ideal for long, leisurely meals prepared by the villa’s private chef. The open-plan kitchen and formal dining room flow seamlessly into the living space, all facing the ocean.

The upper floor features three luxury suites including the super master with a king bed, private oceanfront terrace, office area, and an expansive bathroom with soaking tub and floor-to-ceiling glass ocean views. Two additional upper suites offer king beds, private balconies, and generous ensuite bathrooms. The pool level hosts two more bedrooms, including a spacious king master opening directly onto the pool terrace, while the ocean-level floor provides two private waterfront suites with direct access to the gardens and the sound of the waves just feet away. Every suite features luxury linens, large-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, and ample closet space.

Your stay at Villa Kismet includes a full staff of four comprising a private chef who prepares two meals daily, a butler, houseman, and housekeeper, as well as a dedicated concierge.
