Casa Magica is a captivating five-bedroom beachfront villa nestled amidst lush tropical palms on the white sand shores of Jade Bay, one of the Riviera Maya’s most pristine and secluded beaches just south of Akumal. Accommodating up to twelve guests across four bedrooms in the main house and a private guesthouse, Casa Magica is ideal for family vacations, multi-generational gatherings, and intimate group retreats.

An open and spacious floor plan creates a natural sense of unity among the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Elegant wicker sofas piled high with pillows in warm greens and reds create a cozy living room beneath a magnificent two-story domed brick ceiling that towers majestically above. The fully equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, while a solid wood dining table surrounded by eight comfortable chairs invites lingering meals of traditional Mexican fare prepared by the professional chef. Glass doors open from the living areas onto the beachside patio, swimming pool, and the breathtaking Caribbean panorama beyond.

The ground-floor master suite offers a king bed with an expansive wall of glass opening to the ocean-side patio and pool. Upstairs, a nearly identical master suite features a king bed, private ocean-view balcony, and a large bathroom with double sinks, oversized shower, and separate soaking tub. A third ocean-view bedroom offers a king bed and a generous oceanfront balcony, while the fourth bedroom provides two queen beds with panoramic jungle-view windows. The separate guesthouse adds a fifth bedroom with a king bed, its own kitchen, sitting area, and a balcony with ocean views.

Jade Bay’s crystal-clear waters, protected by a barrier reef just offshore, offer exceptional snorkeling among colorful coral formations and tropical fish.
