Part of the curated Villa Experience collection, Casa La Joya is a hillside ocean-view retreat in San Pancho that brings together contemporary Mexican design and relaxed coastal living. Conceived by a renowned Mexican architect, it offers a refined yet easygoing setting for families and friends who value space, comfort, and attentive service. The atmosphere is one of understated luxury, where thoughtful details and generous proportions support an unhurried stay by the sea.
The villa’s setting on the hillside above the Pacific opens to ocean views on one side and lush jungle on the other, with access down to the beach. Gardens, terraces, and shaded palapa areas create a layered outdoor environment that feels both expansive and sheltered. Throughout, the architecture and landscape work together to frame the natural surroundings, balancing open-air living with pockets of privacy.
Designed to welcome up to 15 guests, the residence is organized around six bedrooms and generous common areas, allowing groups to spread out comfortably. A dedicated main dining room, multiple lounging spaces, and a half bathroom in the common areas support easy circulation between social and private zones. The overall scale feels substantial without being overwhelming, suited to multi-generational gatherings or groups traveling together.
Day to day, life flows naturally between the indoor living spaces and the outdoor amenities. Guests can move from the infinity pool and jacuzzi to the palapa’s living and dining areas, then down to the beach, with lounge chairs and hammocks offering quiet corners along the way. Evenings might center around the outdoor grill and bar area with its smart TV, or indoors in the family room with surround sound, while the dedicated game-focused bedroom adds another dimension to shared time together.
Within the Villa Experience portfolio, this luxury villa in San Pancho reflects a commitment to well-designed homes paired with thoughtful, service-forward hospitality. A private chef, bartender, steward, concierge, and daily housekeeping team work in concert to create a seamless stay, allowing guests to focus fully on their time away. Casa La Joya embodies the brand’s approach to curated villa living in Mexico: considered, comfortable, and quietly elevated.
