Casa Alba

Casa Alba is a six-bedroom villa within the Kupuri Estates community of Punta Mita, designed by architect Ernesto del Castillo. The property accommodates up to fourteen guests across six suites and a service room, with ocean views from every bedroom and a layout that opens to the tropical landscape surrounding the villa. Kupuri Estates sits within Punta Mita’s gates with a five-minute walk to the Kupuri Residents Beach Club and its private sandy beach, and the villa’s position offers panoramic views across Litibú Bay.

The bedroom configuration includes three king suites and three double-full suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and balcony terraces. The master suite adds an outdoor shower to its appointments. A service room with two single beds and a full bathroom provides space for staff or additional guests. The interiors include a TV room, family room, two fully equipped kitchens, a formal dining area seating twelve, Smart TVs with Apple TV, a Bose soundbar and Harman/Kardon ONYX STUDIO 7 speakers, a surround sound system, satellite TV, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a laundry room, and an ice machine. The generous indoor spaces are designed for groups that want both communal gathering areas and private retreat.

The outdoor areas feature a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a BBQ grill, a solarium for sunbathing, a fire pit that seats twelve guests, and an outdoor sound system. The beach is accessible via a 200-meter walk — roughly five minutes on foot. The included staff comprises a chef who prepares breakfast and lunch daily, housekeeping, and a butler, with the concierge managing all coordination from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to spa treatments, yacht charters, and excursion bookings. A six-passenger golf cart is provided for navigating the resort.

The Premier Golf Membership grants access to both Jack Nicklaus championship courses, the racquet center with tennis, padel, and pickleball courts, the fitness center, walking trails, and the resort’s beach clubs: Kupuri Beach Club, Surf Club, Pacífico Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club, and Sea Breeze at the St. Regis. Casa Alba’s Kupuri position, the fire pit and solarium, the dual kitchens, and the proximity to the beach club give it a character that works well for both family vacations and group celebrations where indoor and outdoor entertaining are equally important.
