In short
Real del Mar, in short.
Real del Mar is a gated residential community on the Riviera Nayarit coast, a few minutes from Punta de Mita village. We have five villas here, of four and five bedrooms, sleeping eight to twelve.
The houses divide between the hilltop and the shore. One sits on the hill with a temperature-controlled infinity pool and terraces looking across the whole of Banderas Bay; the others are steps from the Pacific, among tropical gardens, with private pools, jacuzzis and ocean-view terraces.
One has an ocean-view outdoor bathtub; another a dedicated entertainment room. All five share the Real del Mar Beach Club, which is on site.
Puerto Vallarta airport is a forty-minute drive, Punta de Mita village five minutes, San Pancho fifteen and Sayulita twenty.
