What staff is included with a fully staffed villa in Los Cabos?
Every Villa Experience property includes daily housekeeping (Monday through Saturday) and a dedicated personal concierge from booking to checkout. Premium villas also include a private chef for daily breakfast and lunch, butler service, and a bartender. Additional staff — dinner chef, spa therapists, yoga instructors, babysitters, photographers — can be arranged as add-ons for any villa.
What does the concierge service include?
Your personal concierge manages every detail of your vacation: pre-arrival grocery stocking with your preferred items, private airport transfers, restaurant reservations at Cabo’s top restaurants, spa scheduling, golf tee times at Quivira, Diamante, and Cabo del Sol, fishing and yacht charters, ATV and desert excursions, whale watching, event planning, transportation, baby gear delivery, and any special request. They reach out before you arrive to learn about your group and build your itinerary around your interests.
Is this an all-inclusive villa rental?
Our staffed villas provide an all-inclusive experience with staff, housekeeping, concierge, welcome cocktails, fresh towels and linens, and roundtrip airport transfers included in the nightly rate. For villas with a chef, daily meals are prepared in-house. Groceries and beverages are purchased separately at cost with no markup. Spa treatments, excursions, and entertainment are available as add-ons.
How much does a fully staffed villa cost in Los Cabos?
Nightly rates range from approximately $1,800 to $5,000+ USD depending on location, villa size, season, and staffing level. All rates include staff, housekeeping, dedicated concierge, and airport transfers. Peak season runs December through April with higher rates. What activities and excursions can the concierge arrange?
Your concierge books deep-sea fishing, whale watching (December–April), snorkeling at Chileno Bay, ATV desert tours, private yacht charters, sunset sailing, golf at Quivira, Diamante, and Cabo del Sol, horseback riding, cooking classes, wine tasting, in-villa spa days, and more. We work with trusted local operators and often secure preferred rates not available to walk-in guests.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Private roundtrip airport transfers from San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD) are included with every booking. Your driver meets you at arrivals with a sign and handles all luggage. Transfers are in luxury SUVs or sprinter vans depending on your group size. Private drivers for day trips, nightlife transportation, and exploring are also available.
Can you accommodate weddings, corporate retreats, and large events?
Absolutely. Our villas accommodate groups from 4 to 40+ guests with full event coordination. For weddings, your concierge arranges catering, floral designs, photographers, videographers, live music or DJ, cake, event decor, lighting, and ceremony setup. For corporate retreats, we handle meeting space, AV equipment, team activities, and group dining. Your chef prepares the menu while your butler manages service.
What is included with every villa versus premium villas?
Every villa includes daily housekeeping, dedicated concierge, pre-arrival stocking, roundtrip airport transfers, welcome cocktails and snacks, fresh towels and linens, and on-call maintenance. Premium villas add private chef (daily breakfast and lunch), butler service, bartender, nightly turndown, and daily fresh flowers and fruit baskets.
What add-on services are available?
Available add-ons include in-villa spa treatments (massage, facials, body treatments), private yoga and fitness instructors, professional photography and videography, event decor and entertainment (mariachi, DJ, live bands, fireworks), babysitting and childcare, car rentals, private drivers, and special equipment (baby gear, wheelchair accessibility, medical equipment).
How does the pre-arrival planning process work?
After booking, your concierge reaches out to learn about your group — dietary needs, activity interests, special occasions, and any specific requests. They stock the villa with your preferred groceries, book restaurant reservations, schedule spa treatments, confirm golf tee times, arrange airport transfers, and coordinate any special events — so you step off the plane and straight into vacation mode.
How far in advance should I book a staffed villa?
We recommend 3–6 months for peak season (December through April) and holiday periods. Popular villas for weddings and large groups should be booked 6–12 months ahead. Summer and fall dates often have more flexibility. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible — contact us to check.
What is the tipping policy for villa staff?
Tipping is customary and greatly appreciated by the staff. We recommend $25–$40 USD per guest per day, distributed among the entire villa team at the end of your stay. This is not included in the rental rate and is entirely at your discretion. Your concierge can advise on appropriate amounts based on your group and staffing level.
