Estate Afrique is a five-bedroom beachfront estate within the Ranchos Estates community of Punta Mita, one of the resort’s most exclusive residential enclaves with direct ocean access. The property accommodates up to twelve guests across five ensuite bedrooms with ocean views. The Ranchos community occupies a prime position on the peninsula, and Estate Afrique’s beachfront setting provides direct access to the shoreline — a feature shared by only a handful of properties within the resort gates.

The bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, ocean views, and private terrace, along with additional king, queen, and twin configurations. The interiors include a media room, spacious living and dining areas, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Daily housekeeping is included, and the personal concierge manages all guest arrangements. A golf cart is not included with this property but can be arranged through the concierge.

The Premier Golf Membership provides preferential tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course, with access to tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze.
