Condo Las Marietas D101 is a brand-new ground-level three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence within the Las Marietas condominium complex, an exclusive enclave of just 42 residences adjacent to the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahía Golf Course inside the gates of Punta Mita, Nayarit. Named for its spectacular views across the Pacific Ocean to the Marietas Islands, this elegantly furnished condo accommodates up to six guests and features a private heated pool, an outdoor daybed, and direct terrace access from every bedroom — a ground-floor layout that maximizes the connection between interior living and the ocean panorama beyond.

The open-plan living and dining area is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen featuring a breakfast bar, dishwasher, ice maker, and modern appliances. An Apple TV, Sonos sound system, Netflix, and high-speed WiFi ensure seamless entertainment, while central air conditioning keeps every room comfortable. A washer, dryer, and iron and ironing board complete the practical amenities.

Tucked away unit. Feels private even though it’s a condo complex. Ocean view from the living room, small pool, chef availability. We kept to ourselves for most of the trip which was the point. The beds are excellent — slept better here than at home. Parking was tight.

Three bedrooms, ground floor in the Las Marietas complex. Pool, ocean view, chef. Garden access gives it a calmer feel than upper units. Chef’s ceviche was the daily highlight. The Marietas Islands are visible from the terrace. Albriet helped with a boat trip. The complex is well-maintained.

Brought our two kids to Condo Las Marietas D101 for a week — great fit for a family of four. The 3-rooms are spread well for privacy, and ocean views and golf course views kept the adults entertained while the kids played. We did a sunset sail one morning — highlight of the trip. The gym and bbq were standouts. Had fresh mahi-mahi on the grill one evening — outstanding. Small note: water pressure in the guest bath could be better. Every future trip gets compared to this.
