Four king-bedded suites and one queen-bedded service room each feature private ensuite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, Sky satellite TV, WiFi, and complimentary toiletries. The ground-floor master suite opens onto the pool and garden, while upper-level bedrooms enjoy balcony access and natural light. Nikki sits right on the sand with a pool that catches afternoon light beautifully. Cook made Yucatecan specialties every evening. We snorkeled the reef, biked to town, did a cenote circuit. Five bedrooms, each with different character. The outdoor shower is a highlight — hot water and ocean view. Some construction noise from a neighboring property during daytime hours.

Nikki’s pool is the centrepiece — surrounded by tropical plants, lit beautifully at night. Five bedrooms, no ocean view, chef who made Yucatecan dishes with real technique. We drove to cenotes and Cobá. The property feels private despite being close to Tulum town. WiFi is solid.

Work retreat at Nikki. The WiFi held up for video calls (tested it). Five bedrooms, pool, chef who fed us three meals daily while we worked. We broke at 4pm each day to swim. Visited cenotes on our day off. The property has enough separate spaces for focused work. The power situation is handled — generator is solid.
