El Banco is a private gated enclave of only a handful of beachfront lots on the Punta de Mita coastline of Banderas Bay. We have two villas here, of eight and nine bedrooms, sleeping eighteen and twenty.
One is a cliffside estate of twenty thousand square feet above the Pacific, with a heated infinity pool including a shallow section for children, a hot tub and alfresco dining for twenty. The other commands the same coast with a hundred-foot infinity pool, a private jacuzzi off the primary suite and a secluded palapa for shaded dining.
Puerto Vallarta airport is a forty-five-minute drive and Punta de Mita village ten minutes. The Pacífico and Bahía golf courses and the Kupuri and Sufi clubs are ten minutes away, the Pacífico Beach Club fifteen.
