Villa Ava is a four-bedroom private villa within the Four Seasons enclave at Punta Mita, spanning over 8,000 square feet of multi-level living space on the hillside above the resort. The contemporary Pacific Coast architecture blends with modern Mexican interior design — hand-woven textiles, ceramics, and custom-designed furniture set against neutral tones that let the ocean views and natural light do the work. The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and includes a private heated pool and jacuzzi on the terrace, with covered outdoor living areas that make the most of the panoramic views over the Pacific.

The bedrooms are designed as individual retreats. The master suite features a king bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower, with jacuzzi access and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite with bathtub and shower, air conditioning, and access to a private terrace. The remaining two bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features Viking appliances, and the villa includes a dedicated laundry room, powder room, and interior patio.
