Rented Casa Romeo for a family trip — parents, our two kids, my sister’s family, and the grandparents. The 5 bedrooms meant everyone had privacy, which is key when three generations travel together. The artisan decor is beautiful — hand-carved furniture, local ceramics, woven textiles. The rooftop plunge pool with jungle canopy views was a hit with the adults while the kids loved being walking distance to town. The private chef prepared an incredible mole one evening that even the picky eaters finished. We spent one day at the Tulum ruins and another afternoon snorkeling the reef. The Villa Experience team made arranging everything easy. One note: the road in is unpaved and bumpy, but that’s just Tulum. Would book again without hesitation.

A 4-night trip with 8 of us. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We spent a day on biking to Coba — absolutely worth it. Worth mentioning: a Yucatecan feast the chef prepared. Simple verdict: outstanding.

5 of us for 5 nights. Everything felt well maintained, not just surface clean. Can’t leave without doing snorkeling the reef off Akumal. VE’s restaurant list was spot on. We’re hooked.
