Casa Patrón is a brand-new, five-bedroom luxury villa completed in 2024 and set within the gated Iyari Estates community in Punta Mita, Riviera Nayarit. Perched along the pristine Pacific coastline with panoramic, unobstructed ocean views, this contemporary residence seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional Mexican warmth through floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and refined architectural detail throughout. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa offers a fully staffed experience — with a private chef, butler, personal concierge, and dedicated housekeeping — designed to ensure every moment of a stay is effortless.
